KOKEN manufactures research products, primarily atelocollagen, and medical devices at our domestic factory. We have numerous research products that for at least 22 applications. So why not take this opportunity to learn about some of these applications that may allow you to achieve your research goals?

This product enables anyone in your lab to readily establish stable 3D cultures. Experiments with as many as 240 wells for a 96-well plate can be conducted for approximately ¥10,000.
If you are planning to transplant 3D-cultured cells, sponge-like products are also available.

FibColl®Atelocollagen Inserts 24

Have you ever been concerned about the permeability of the insert material during interaction experiments or permeability tests? FibColl® does not require coating, and its pores do not become clogged.
For contact coculture using gels that facilitate cell migration, solution-type products are available.

Cell Transplantation・Sustained Compound Release
|
|
It is possible to scale up a 96-well plate cell culture approximately 100-fold to10⁶ cells. This enables transplantation, while maintaining cell adhesion, without the need to collect cells.
High-concentration solutions are available for sustained release and injectable cell transplantation, and membrane-like products are available for cell sheet transplantation.

AteloGene® Local Use “Quick Gelation”
|
With its sustained release properties, AteloGene® can reduce the frequency of administration by up to approximately 70%, reduce the variability from administration techniques, and potentially save your lab over ¥1 million.*
AteloGene® for Systemic Use is also available for systemic delivery via the tail vein or intraperitoneal administration.
