概要

透過性コラーゲン膜は、物質透過性を有する膜状のアテロコラーゲンスキャフォールド(足場材料)です。特に、初代上皮系細胞の培養に効果を発揮します。プラスチックやガラスの培養器材を用いる従来の細胞培養は、細胞極性を考慮した培養方法ではありませんが、透過性コラーゲン膜を用いることで、従来の培養皿では不可能な細胞に極性を持たせた培養が可能です。また、細胞間相互作用の研究にも使用可能です。

    細胞シート移植

特長

  • 膜上に上皮系細胞を培養した場合、コラーゲン膜を介して栄養物の吸収および代謝産物の排出を行い、極性を持たせることができます。
  • 透明度が高い膜であるため、培養中の細胞の顕微鏡観察が容易です。
  • 2種類の異なった細胞を膜の表裏に培養できるので、細胞同士を接触させずに細胞間相互作用を研究できます。
  • 生分解性があるため、細胞シートの移植にも使用できます。
