Atelocollagen Powder, Membrane, Sponge

Which products are used for cell transplantation?

If the transplantation site can be incised, transplanting an atelocollagen product (sponge or membrane) with cells added is possible.
Atelocollagen products:
Collagen Sponge Honeycomb/Honeycomb Disk 96
Collagen Sponge Mighty
Atelocollagen Permeable Membrane

If the site cannot be incised, cells can be mixed with a high concentration of atelocollagen solution and administered locally so that the collagen forms a gel and cells can be transplanted to the injection site.
Product to prepare a highly concentrated atelocollagen solution:
Atelocollagen powder

Has the cell-laden product been transplanted into animals other than mice and rats?

Atelocollagen solution has been transplanted with mesenchymal stem cells into canine cartilage defects and degenerated rabbit intervertebral discs or with iPSCs into porcine cartilage defects.

Can CLP-01 be dissolved in water?

CLP-01 can be dissolved under acidic conditions. Please contact us for details.

What is the difference between CLF-01 and other Atelocollagen membranes?

The size of CLF-01 is 90 mm ☓ 80 mm ☓ 35 mm, but all other specifications are the same as for other Atelocollagen membranes.

Can I use CLS-01 for cell transplantation?

CLS-01 is not crosslinked and it will deform once it absorbs water. We recommend that you crosslink it or use another collagen sponge.
